Visitors who do not speak German are provided with a document in French, Italian or English. The gallery presents the story of Niklaus and Dorothee along a chronological timeline. Yes, Lumeum is designed to be accessible. It has a ramp that makes it easier to get over the door threshold. The inside, including the toilets, is also accessible.

No, we do not have an age limit – everyone is welcome! However, we recommend that you refrain from bringing young children, as the show can be very loud.

Yes, you can watch the show more than once. The show lasts 40 minutes. After the first performance, you can simply stay seated and enjoy the show again if you wish.

The 360° film experience lasts 41 minutes. Beforehand, you will have the opportunity to explore the Lumeum exhibition on the life of Dorothee and Niklaus at your own pace. You should allow around 60 minutes for your visit. You are also welcome to stay longer.
